Sathya has worked in both large and medium sized firms, where he was involved or acted as counsel in civil disputes as well as restructuring and insolvency matters in the Singapore High Court. Sathya has also acted as counsel in international arbitrations
under the auspices of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

Sathya has acted as lead counsel in the Singapore District Court in both civil and criminal matters.
