Sreenivasan Narayanan S.C.
One of Singapore’s leading Senior Counsel, Sreeni has over 38 years of experience in practically every area of dispute resolution. This experience, along with a strong appreciation for the practical and a quick understanding of any technical or subject matter knowledge, has enabled Sreeni to understand and give effect to desired and realistic client outcomes, and to formulate strategies to achieve those outcomes.
Muralli Rajaram
Muralli has broad experience over many areas of law. He specializes in commercial disputes, international arbitration, restructuring and insolvency, and internal investigations. He is comfortable arguing in civil and commercial matters before the High Court and the Court of Appeal and in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations. He also assists clients in the conduct of internal investigations relating to compliance and employee fraud issues. He is also active in the contentious aspect of restructuring and insolvency.
Claire Tan
Claire’s core practice includes advising on domestic and cross-border commercial disputes at all levels of the Singapore Courts as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Claire is apt at breaking down, identifying and analysing the issues at hand. She believes that this skill is crucial in the practice of law.
Jason Lim Wei Liang
Jason has acted as counsel in complex criminal and civil matters, including a multi-billion dollar market manipulation trial spanning almost 200 days. Jason is efficient, practical and a good communicator. He is at his best understanding the various aspects of the client’s case, looking at the big picture, and piecing the puzzle together to develop the best possible approach for the client.
Kyle Gabriel Peters
Gabriel is a litigator with a broad commercial and corporate disputes practice, and his matters usually involve cross-border elements. He is particularly engaged in evidentiary, appellate, and alternative resolution advocacy, and is comfortable as lead or assisting counsel. When accompanying clients in the navigation of the uncertain waters of litigation, Gabriel strives to provide strategic and ultimately commercial and practical solutions.
Adorabelle Tan
Adorabelle is detail-oriented and big-picture focused. She seeks practical solutions that align with overall objectives and long-term interests. Her core practice includes commercial disputes, appellate litigation, international arbitration and defence against professional misconduct.
Sathya Narayanan
Sathya has worked at both large and medium sized firms. This has enabled him to work effectively as part of the team on complex matters and also to lead and manage more straightforward matters. This breadth of exposure has allowed Sathya to gain useful experience and develop a practical approach to litigation spanning diverse industries and subject matter.
Wong Pei Yee
Pei Yee was called to the Singapore Bar in August 2023 and views the practice of law with fresh and eager eyes. She has assisted in a wide spectrum of practice areas, including civil proceedings at all levels of courts, arbitration matters, and criminal defence. She is keen to understand each client’s unique circumstances, their needs and goals, and to facilitate and execute an approach that can achieve the best possible outcome for the client.
